Does Sarah endorse the project?
The bridge is necessary for the people of this region. It will reduce the number of ferries on the water, which will be beneficial for the Chinese White Dolphin. What is disappointing about this impact assessment was that only the immediate area was surveyed, and for only a short time. Overall, I do feel that the mitigation and impacts were identified and dealt with appropriately. However, with more time and budget there could have been a longer and more through assessment.
